Hi Scott, appreciate your proposal and scouting Route 40 the diner! As far as September dates, the 9th sounds good to me.
Sept. 16 and 23 would not be optimal. The 16th many of our club will be at the BMW RA national rally in Canaan, WV. The 23rd will be our own monthly Four Winds meeting which is moved to the following Sat. after the RA. It will be at the ever-popular Monheim's Family Deer Farm in Vandergrift, Pa.
