It is with tremendous sadness that we announce that our beloved friend and member of the Four Winds BMW Riders Club has passed away. Joann Barr was an integral part of our Four Winds BMW community, along with her late husband John, for multiple decades. She joined our Creator on Sunday July 9, 2023 after a short illness, surrounded by family.

Joann Barr was such a kind and caring soul. She was a long time member of our club serving in many capacities and providing her wisdom and knowledge at our many meetings, banquets, and our annual rally. We will miss you Joann.

There are no right words to express our sorrow, but we wish to share a moment of appreciation for a special and humble lady, always positive, dedicated, considerate and a friend to all. Joann was always willing to try something new like assisting with our website administration or riding a motorcycle. She helped in innumerable ways at Four Winds rallies, served on the Board of Directors and continued to RV camp accompanied by her four-legged friends and remained active after John’s passing in 2017. Joann's life has been a blessing to many, and she will always be remembered dearly.

Visitation will be this Tues., July 11th from 12-2 pm and 4-6 pm. Funeral will start at 6 pm with a light dinner following at the John F. Slater Funeral Home in Brentwood, PA. Obituary details at - https://johnfslater.com/obituaries/joann-c-barr/
