Anybody here have an idea when Lee K left the service department? I found out today while trying to resolve an issue with my shocks that Lee is "no longer here" according to the new service manager Rebecca. From my brief phone call with Rebecca I am not impressed. She tends to speak over you with what she wants to say without listening first. Not sure how you can solve a problem or come up with a solution if you don't listen first! My next call was to BMW Customer Service so I'll see how that works.

Does anybody know where Lee went? Any contact info for him would be appreciated! Please share his info privately through e-mail or phone call if you can. Thanks!!

I purchased a battery the other day at European and if my memory serves me correctly, Lee Marks told me that Lee K. Is working at a local Lexus dealer, in the Wexford area I presume.

Thanks Vince, that's the word I heard too. Thanks for your reply.

Don, Lee went to Lexus of Wexford, said it was time to move on. Talked to him after he started new job, says he is happy. Lot of people will miss him. Even Walt liked him

Hi Ron - Lee is a good guy, glad he is happy with his move. I'm not at all impressed with his replacement but that's another story ... maybe north breakfast in May?

Lee will be missed! He certainly was a good guy. ...I can't fault Becky (the new SM) as she at least was nice to me when I had to reschedule an appointment due to the dang vertigo. But unless she's been to a motorcycle tech academy, or the BMW tech training, I doubt if she can do the stuff on bikes Lee could to jump in when the other guys were swamped. ...Time will tell.
