TOPIC: New owners

BMW of pgh, is being bought by Kissell motor sports ,bmw dealer of State College. Deal finalized on tues.

That is great news.
Have met the owner who’s an Adv rider actively involved in organizing and promoting rides. Impressed with the service and parts guys who are very customer focused.
Maybe a new era of BMW dealer experience for us in Pittsburgh.

I talked to new owners on phone, told him I was concerned for the service we need for our club. He stated that it’s only going to get much better.

UGH! That's my problem!! No one answering the phones. No one calling me back. Sure hope Kissell does a good job.

Just spoke with Kissell. Deal still not final but they are going to pick up the GS tomorrow!!! YAY!!!!! I've taken the Vespa to them back when they were in State College and was pleased with their service. Soooo glad....they are closer to me in Tyrone than in Cranberry. They sound excited to be coming to Cranberry.
