A guy a work with recently purchased a Honda in Ohio, I believe he paid taxes there when he bought it. His Ohio temp tag is about to run out, will he have to pay PA taxes to get it plated up here in the Commonwealth? Thanks....

I believe not. I bought a car in Florida many years ago and had temporary Florida tags before getting a Pennsylvania registration. They give me credit for the sales tax paid in FL.
There is also a difference if he’s had it less or more than six months.See this link for details
