Do you know if any of the club members over your way have the electronic "reader" to service r1200rt?

I am on my second one - this time a 2019, but the dealers close to me have really bad service departments (first good one is 4 hours away).

So I am thinking of doing oil change and trouble shooting myself and thinking about getting the electronic reader...just unsure where and precisely how they work - so I am looking for some guidance.
