Hi all, completely out of my wheelhouse on this one. Getting frustrated trying to pair:
1) Samsung Galaxy S20+5G phone
2) BMW NavigatorIV GPS
3)SRC (Schuberth Rider Communication System) by Cardo for S2 helmet installation
Any and all help would be appreciated, I can even bring the devices to you if that made it easier. Even throw in a free lunch. Thanks.

Do you have the instruction booklet for the SRC? Followed the sequence?
I have synced iPhone- Nav IV - SRC pro for C3/E1 using the instructions and has worked.
Your specifics are slightly different but don’t see why they wouldn’t work.

Hi Jim, here’s the frustrating thing I learned.
You have a Nav IV, and probably a new phone, and how old is the helmet?
The blue tooth connections my be older generation and can not recognize each other.
The fix is expensive, you may need to upgrade the nav, or the helmet or both ???? ouch !
If what you add doesn't make you better, your carrying dead weight.

Hey Jim - Make sure your SRC is running the latest updates. Connect to a Computer and download from the Cardo or Schuberth links.
