Is anybody else planning on this rally? I missed the early registration but spoke with George and he said no problem paying at gate ... As of now barring any health related issues Kim and I are planning to be there and looking forward to it! We were disappointed when we could not make the 4Winds Rally so hope to see many of you here, it would be nice to know somebody there!

If anybody is planning on this and would like to ride over with us you would be welcome ...

Well it's getting close to kick off time here ... Kim and I will be headed to the BDR after a good breakfast at the Pit Stop in Bridgewater, PA

Pit Stop - Reviews

They always have great service and good food :) Might have slight chance showers early but should be an awesome weekend with nice cool weather ...

Again, anybody care to join for breakfast or the ride east let me know ...

Well I thought I'd post a follow up to the Rally ...

We rode in on/off rain showers a better part of the day on Friday. Mostly light rain/sprinkles with two gully washers thrown in just to test our resolve I guess?

Before the Rally I had been communicating with George Blackham via e-mail. I had told him we were going to be first timers here and would probably know nobody! He told me that the Laurel Highland group may have some extra space in their cabin to check when we register. Once there we registered to Cabin 9 / Laurel Highlands Group. They were an awesome group of people and welcomed Kim and I like they knew us and not just met us! Thank you George, Little Tim, Stacey, Barry, Big Tim, Phil and Mike ... you guys are ALL great. Met many other really good people from Black Diamond Beemers and other groups from Canada, NY etc.

Big Tim took us on a couple rides Saturday and we all had a great time. Sunday, George led a group of us back via some really GREAT roads! I had no idea there were so many Amish that far north and east! I guess because it was Sunday they were all out and about in their buggies ... had to keep close eye for them in the twisty mountain roads.

Really had a good time and looking forward to next years events already. Here are a couple pictures I took, sorry they are not the best, my camera might have an issue???
