Vegas is a great spot to ride from. Destinations in all four directions- Mohave, Death Valley, Yosemite, Sedona......

The cool thing is that these guys also do one way rentals - in fact the day I dropped my bike off there were six guys from Chile who picked up a bunch of 1200 GS and RTs for a one way to Seattle. These bikes have to be brought back and they sometimes have one-way specials just to get the bikes back to Vegas or other destinations. Check out Eaglerider and look under one- way deals. Lots of Harley's but some BMW's and Goldwings. In fact a couple R1200gs's waiting to be ridden from Miami and Atlanta right now if someone is interested!
I think my next one is going to be a Northern California ride from San Francisco.
